It's that time again, FASHION WEEK in the city of Toronto. The buzz in the air surrounding the tents in David Pecaut Square, the heart of the city, is exhilarating for any fashion lover. Everyone is dressed at their best and I'm so excited to be a part of all of it! I'll be sharing pictures from inside and outside the tents this season.
Day one kicked off the week with some amazing shows. Sid Neigum opens fashion week with a collection that, in all honesty, I would probably wear every piece. Interesting silhouettes, textures, and tones walked down the runway to the beautiful sound of a harp. Also Congratulations to Sid Neigum for being awarded the prize as this year's Mercedes Benz Start-Up winner!!
Pink Tarten rocked the runway last night (excellent choice of music btw...who doesn't love some classic rock to accompany those 70s inspired jumpsuits!). Decked in gold tassel necklaces, the ladies of Pink Tarten stomped down the catwalk in sexy fabrics and backless jumpsuits....time of a cruise already!
One collection that really stood out to me so much was Beaufille, which show cased during the Mercedes Benz Start-Up show. The maroon leather pieces were to die for. I'll definitely be hunting down that red leather back pack and the vest!!
Keep coming back for SO much more fashion week news and STREET STYLE coming soon!!
XOXO

Young Fall Fashion
The leaves have been falling and the air is crisp. I, along with probably the whole fashion industry, LOVE fall fashion. It's the most interesting clothing season there is. So I decided to do a little fall fashion editorial for you....and by little I mean I got Tiah (my baby sis) to model for me :). We used plaids, faux furs, and Doc Marten's.

Parloque Toronto
I totally hate when I go MIA but on the bright side I've been up to a lot!! This is super late but the shots I took I can't help but share!
I'm part of this awesome pop-up thats on West Queen West called Parloque. Think edgy interesting pieces that you can't really find anywhere else in Toronto. I'm so excited to be a part of this awesome place. The website will be up and running soon, but in the mean time make sure you follow @parloque on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
There was a lot of great street style from the event so I wanted everyone to see it!
Enjoy :)!

Lana Del Rey
Probably like my favorite concert ever happened Tuesday night at the Sony Centre: Lana Del Rey!
I love her style, voice, and songs...which is why I was insanely thrilled when my friend messaged last minute with a ticket (Thanks Georgia!). It had been a pretty rough early week, and I was basically refreshing the Kijiji page every 4 minutes. Needless to say I was over the moon when I found out about the ticket. She sang beautifully and we danced along to every song (yay to making new friends, Teya and Maya!). The place was sold out and the booming voices of a surprisingly diverse crowd roared every time a new song started. She kicked off the set with Cola and performed all my favorites, including West Coast (her brand new hit), Blue Jeans, Body Electric, Born to Die, and closing with National Anthem.
In the spirit of wishing we were transported to, well, summer time...I wore my cut off denim shorts (made by me), H&M lace top, and my All Saints combat boots. I love an interesting headband or in my case turban, so I threw on one of my favorite scarves. All finished off with a dark rebel lip from MAC.
Here are some pictures from the night! (Sorry for the quality, they are all off my phone)
Enjoy :)!
