Happy first day of SPRING! Unfortunately, if you look outside (in Toronto) its super gloomy and cold. I can't wait for the sun to shine and the heat to start waving in. I would like to share some more awesome street style from Toronto Fashion Week. Sadly the festivities end on Friday, and as a fashion lover I'm going to miss the constant hustle and bustle that surrounds Fashion Week.
Hope you like these!
Jay Strut rocking a steller moto-leather jacket!
I love the color scheme in this shot with Alexander Liang and Justine Iaboni!
Models, Lina Shekhovtsova and Ksenia M., looking super cute...who doesn't love a model off duty shot!?
Say hi to Natalie Ast and Bobby Raffin, both fashion bloggers with great style! (love the Clover Canyon dress!!)
Thanks for checking it out and just you wait because I've got even more!!

#WMCFW Part I
Well its that time again...Fashion Week in T-Dot! I decided to capture some street style around the tents. David Pecaut Square was buzzing with the city's fashion finest. From colors to all black, there was a lot to see and admire.
So check 'em out, and there's much more to come!
Love the clutch detailing, and the printed pants these two lovely ladies were wearing!
Thank you Reese for posing in that gorgeous hat, and Balmain boots!

Here is Cassandra from The Parsons Reject, and I am in love with just about everything she is wearing! (Saint Laurent shoes, Celine Bag, amazing coat). Also say hi to her friend Shayne!
These gentlemen did monochromatic grunge inspired layers really well.
Jaclyn Genovese and Dimi Jessica from Spaces by Jacflash outside the tents looking fabulous in pastels (huge trend for spring!).
Way more street style shots to come so keep coming back!

March Inspiration
So since the Polar Vortex has decided to rear its head back in Toronto, cute outfits are a bit harder to shoot. I thought I would share some of my spring inspiration looks that I can't wait to try out when the ground clears and we can start shedding some layers! This spring will be all about florals, pastels, boyfriend/ripped jeans, and a lot more. Also, let's not forget music festival season and all the great style that comes with it (one word: Coachella!!). It's quite easy to say I can't wait, c'mon spring it's your time to shine. What are your spring style looks going to be like
note: I do not own these images, I found them on Pinterest
Last but not least, here is my #OOTD while I'm off to pick up some dinner!

A Touch of Vintage and ChloƩ
Layers, slouchy silhouettes, and gold accents are the name of the game for this look. I just found this amazing camel coat at St Lawrence Market this past Sunday and I had to have it. I love adding a vintage flare to my outfits, especially an all black ensemble. It's also all about texture when wearing a monochromatic look for me. This is the best way to add visual interest even when you are playing with a limited color palette. Then, I topped it all off with, one of my favorite items in my closet, my red Chloe boots. They just add the right pop of color and luxe!
Hope you enjoy!

All Black at El Catrin
This weekend we decided to go to El Catrin, in Toronto's Distillery District, for my mom's birthday. After visiting the place back in the summer time and seeing the artwork, even under construction, I knew I had to go back. It ended up being the perfect place for the occasion! We loved every dish we ordered and the atmosphere was amazing. So much flavor and I always love a place where its a sharing style menu. For my look I opted for a sleek all black outfit with a pop of plaid. I love these Steve Madden wedge sneakers, because they lengthen my legs and can so easily be dressed up. I'm really happy to see that the trend hasn't fully disappeared.
Another trend I love and was super excited to see again in the fall 14/15 collections (especially at NYFW) was plaid! I'm a super big fan of it and feel like it can be used in really interesting ways. Hope you like the post and check out El Catrin!
